Our main business is clay work (Pottery). Clay work is inherifed from our grandfather & great grandfather. Our grand father Late Shri Nanjibhai Mandanbhai Sakariya who made clayvesels who by himself and who was expert in this claywork. Make financial support to family from this income since many years. At that time one good thought came in their mind that from this clay why can’t we make toys and other necessary things, and from this single thought he got one new direction. Afterall they made clay vessels by doing land work. At that times they had no any knowledge of POP. So they made mould of clay insted of POP & they developed new technology & gave guidance to Prajapati Samaj (Family) for making clay vessels mould also of clay it called “OTHV” in local language and like this they got new business.
Next Generation
His son late Amarshibhi N Sakariya who become expert in this business from his resources fallness he made ceramic toys & gave new duration to Prajapati Samaj. Due to huge demand of all these products he thought how increse production? So finally he decided to make new factory with his cousins and gave name it “Sakariya Toys”. In this factory they made best quality fancy toys & export this also.
After time passed family become huge & brothers became together and we’ve started our own factory as “Maruti Ceramics”. In this factory we are producing ceramic toys, POF & many various items. After that we have started products of Redclay & we got new direcction.
Still Counting...
First we have made water bottles but bottle in for only one person if 4-5 person needs natural clay, and so after thinking every that we have made waterjug after hard work. For making this wate jug we had to do too much hard work & faces many difficulties because how to make Jug? How to carry it? for carruing jug hand is needed but how to attached handle? After solving each & every problem we had launched one new item in this wast cermic world.
Water jug which is very very useful in office, single family, bedroom, picnic and if we want to carry it at terrace during night then it is very much useful. In water jug for getting natural cool water. We have developed special type of clay and then we thought that cool water we got in water jug, but we thought we should get cool water as well as pure & bacteria free so we have developed redclay water filter in that filter water become cool as well as pure & bacteria free.
